We require that you complete a housing application form along with $150.00 in order to apply for a house.

WORK ORDERS

Once you have a home then the procedure for repairs is to complete a work order form if something major is required like plumbing, hot water tank, furnace not working.  Any other housing repairs are up to the homeowner.

SIX PLEX

An application form needs to be completed along with damage and first month rent in order to apply for a unit in the Six Plex.
